morning tea was not given.curds was not given with lunch chapathi was very cold and hard to eat .food was horrible not worth eating. money was swindled through such horrible food

Good experience with Indian railways, best service and very friendly staff.Feels like we journey in ✈️. Staffs are giving good service. Providing good and healthy food.

in AC coach M1 no one attender was not there.there was toilet water leakage inform to TT but no action taken to much smell in AC coach we were not able to food also I suffered to much in travelling look into this issue and refund amount on complementary

worst train ever im journed so far no good quality food even seats are very congested quite very disturbing and bad odour in the train,AC air was not good quality as expected.it was like drainage smell.everything including speed to food facility in train

cleanliness of the train not maintained. In one of the toilets water was dripping from roof top and very dirty.

delivery boys and mentors are not good. they don't serve breakfast properly. kisiko sirf bred jaam diye to kisiko idly. aur kisiko sirf chutny. maine complente kiya to aake maafi maang k chale gaye. aur complante waapas lele k liye kaha.

we booked 3 tickets for up and down to Mantralayam on 27th May with food option yes but we got only one plate food.
