overall everything is perfect, but 22225 train number C6 - 74 the charging point was broken ( opened )

worst management in terms of time, punctuality and train was late by 1.5 hours arriving to thane and top of it, the coach sequence applied by station master at Thane was entirely reversed. 9/10 passengers were shifting their seats even after kalyan station was passed...this is so pathetic...no railway staff thought to halt train for at least 5 mins for passengers to let transfer to their reserved seats and respective coaches

The seat could have been more comfortable; instead, it was on the harder side. I found a few small cockroaches running around. Also, the train was late by 20 minutes, and one of the two information screens was not working.

Good train but was late at Pune .
staff was humble and courteous.
Food can be improved salad can be included pleas.

I have travelled by vande bharat till now 4-5 times but yesterday's serving man service was not good. He didn't even asked me for coffee tea nor meal.

train arrival information didn't announced at kalyan स्टेशन. no indicator of bogie... caused inconvenience to elders..ladies..and children.

Their was Ac issue with train. Too much cooling was seen during this winter seasion. Even staff do not respond properly.So it is expected more polite service from rly staff. Thanks.
