it was a genral coach ticket with a reserve seat only one coach was there with 30 seats and even TT was unaware about the coach

its durunto express, i know food is not included but 1 ltr water price is added in ticket, but we didnt get that....thats the worst thing...totallh dissatisfied ...with it

I couldn't? catch my train because train no 22826 didn't reach its destination on time. I was coming from Chennai from this train to catch train of Patna. because of your late schedule I lost my train and 600 rupees because of you
