My train journey was comfortable and pleasant. The railway staff were helpful and cooperative, and the overall service was good. Cleanliness and punctuality were satisfactory. Thank you Indian Railways for providing a good travel experience.

morning tea served with normal water & tea bags, suguar & milk powder served in hand ( without tray) . on enquiring, response given that contractor expired .latter on provided tray to keep tray with several requests. Supervisor not traced.

cleaning in our copartment was not proper...a/c ele. supply many times fail...but attend fast...not bad experiance...

food is not on the benchmark, as railway claims. Morning tea is missing after complaining, we got the tea....and the tea material is also not good...

after boarding train I had to wake up attendant for bed roll. when I asked water for medicine he simply refused by saying it's other guys job. I didn't get water until next mrng.

The train is like other normal superfast trains, even worse we paid more for better facilities but got nothing.

food quality was very poor
omlet was not very cold
non veg dishes was not at all tasty
they charged 353 rupees for all this

Food quality was not upto the mark. Bed rolls are also not good. Overall not happy with the things. These things can be improved.

good for the train. but let me know about if ticket are in waiting list and not conform so why railway cut 150/200 per ticket. this isn't our mistakes if seat is not conform

The electric panel beside the toilet should be covered properly in order to have safe journey and wash basin should be bit larger... Thanks

Food quality is not gud special chapatti and bread. Overall it's ok but please improve your food quality. Tmx
