train arrives in kollam at 5 and reached tvm at 7 am inspite of no stops in between Tvm and kollam.if that is the case the train can start at 5 pm instead of 4 pm . thanks

most of the compartments below wash basin there is cover door, that always in open condition due to defective securing arrangement and is keep moving in open condition and disturbing passengers. it is same case in most of the train indian railways can't fix? also still many compartments hand wash liquid soap is not filled, may be due to some corrupted practices, IR should look into these in all trains

Over all good. The bathrooms were really clean. Bit of cockroaches in the coaches is to be cleared.

train cleaning is very poor . comfortable seating.. you are only focusing charges not in the maintenance of coaches customer comfartness

I was unlucky enough to be a traveller in this so called premium train on 16.12.2022 B8 compartment it was claimed to be a three tier ac compartment they charged a bomb claiming the train is one of premium one the compartment was like hot air oven with wheels no Ac not even the ac vents were opeaned. I beg the honorable minister to immediately discontinue this train atleast keep a big hole on top sir the poor passengers will be entitled to the free air atleast . this train runs to the shame full past of INDIAN Railway . The Indian railways maintain this train to Back Stab the dream of Honorable Prime Minister' s Dream of Sab Ki Sath Sabkivikas ,😡😡😡Hated this journey because of the worst quality of the compartment and train

An all AC train should have had linen issued for the passengers. Not worth the fare collected!

traveling in Coach A1. Without Fan you are unable to sleep. absolutely no idea whether AC is working. Old coach not fit for this super fast express. All the coaches of this train need a fresh coat of paint on the outside as well as inside.

the train started a couple minutes late but reached on time but can change the seats and food quality though

Very old rake, not at all clean
Punctuality yet to find any space in Indian railway's dictionary. Ran 30 mins delayed cost me the connection train.
Food quality and taste is average. Far better than the normal food supplied in other trains by IRCTC.
