A drunkard passenger travelled with us.They didn't follow the southern railway rules.No response from TTR.There is no safe for ladies.helpline is always busy.such a bad experience.

The coach was in a very bad shape. One of the glass panes in one of the restrooms was broken. How can e use the restroom with a broken glass door. Pillows were stinking and no pillow covers were provided.
