The toilets are not properly used and none bothers.The doors of the compartments have enough gaps and not airtight fit.
Haven’t served water bottle or any food. Price of ticket is very high. Delay in reaching time. Boy in the train demanding to pay tip.

I booked tickets for,SEC-Bad to Vizak and back.insted of two tickets charges You have deducted three tickets amount.When I questioned then you are going to return third tickrt amount.This is a bad practice on your part.This was happened when I booked ticket to Tirupati on 14th and 15th 0f Nov 2018.If this is repeated,I will uninstall yr application.

Toilets are not properly maintained. The coaches are very old. Lot of bumpy movement of the coach between Vizag and Rajahmundry. Water in Toilets exhausted even before it reached Vijayavada
Train quality is very bad. Even we are paying more price then other trains but quality of compartments are very bad.
IR needs to explain as to why trains are detained at intermediary stations without proper reason and beyond reason. the train attendant puts on the lights at around 5.45 am that is at least 45 minutes before the scheduled arrival at vskp so that he has enough time for his TIP request/begging.
bed sheets and pillow covers are not been issued properly. Staff behaviour is very arrogant.
increase quality in food, and take actions for who was selling food for extra price.
