many cockroaches everywhere. boys are taking over priced for food they charge non veg food rs. 235 each

honestly did not expect this kind of food nd there is no maintenance at all ..cockroaches in the seats ..(3A)....nd food quality not upto the mark after Irctc take over food standards have detoriated in Duronto nd Rajdhani nd Shatabdi as well....
few coaches are new few r old and the older ones creates a hell lot of noise while it's giving a break after speeding up.
Horrible experience though it's being said that Shatabdi, Duronto nd Rajdhani are same category but standards have detoriated...even the basins did not have water.

Kindly arrange, attendant for 2S coatch. And, kindly add Switch for coatch light. can't switch off light at night.

In the sleeper class the bathrooms were never cleaned and all the water got logged noone was able to use the toilets.And from starting to end there was bad foul smell all over the train.Very disappointed with the service.Most unclean train

Railway se ek hi request hai mera ek sal se Sealdah Puri Duronto express mein main a Raha ja raha hun lekin mera hard work har Mahina ticket RSC hota hai kyon pata nahin ek Mahina pahle ticket kaatne ke bad bhi yah hota hai to Railway se ek hi request yaar se har bar kar rahe ho theek hai ticket ka dam bhi kam karo na kyunki Paisa nuksan Mera hi Ho Raha hai seat to main share karke a raha hun ticket ka dam bhi kam karo ₹500 lete ho RAC kar dete Ho

Good train, maintained well hygienic wise. Delay Today about 20 mins. Food is good enough.

train overall maintained its punctuality and the service was also good bt tge food is too bad to throw away.....3rd class food .....chicken floating in yellow water, paratha as solid as cement dal as sand water......worse food

Cold n staled food. Very poor food. And bathroom were not dirty but foul smell was not neutralized
