Bedrolls provided were previously used ones, very dirty, no hand towels provided.
Toilets were not cleaned in between the journey.
Proper attending staff should be provided with.

very poor thermostat AC control... I and my family and others unpacked of cold in Winter. Attendant says He can't do anything...complain to Railways. Blanket distribution on Attendant wish only. Poor toilets, wash basins.

Train quality was worst as there was no proper cleaning of the coach before it leaves for the destination. Also I have personally informed Kolkata station managers office regarding this but sorry to say no proper response.

train already cancelled,how can write review remarks
