very poor Service in this train cleaning performance it's very cheap. TT will also not come to check how many peoples travelling without ticket .. 3rd class service will not travel again this train future

1.Quality not good. 2. Bathroom Also not good condition, spray nozzle not available in the bathroom. 3. Coach is Like SL class. 4. 3E batter than 3AC coach.

In the sleeper coach, it felt as if I had come and sat in the general coach. People were travelling in the coach even without reservation.

Really bad experience while having my Journey due to more than 4.5 hrs of delay happened at surat station reach my destination at 8pm instead of 3.30pm. because of this I had to reschedule my connecting flight from Mumbai and had to pay additional amout of Rs 2730/- for rebooking. is there any option to get the refund. kindly do the needful.

It doesn't have a Pantry Car so for long travelling passengers need to carry their own food or order it online.

Train was good but for half an hour light of bogi is cut, after Gwalior station I. Was complaint at 139, my suggestion is that for help menu add quick response customer service becouse if there is any accident so it will taking so long time
