ट्रेन मे बाथरुम एकदम पूराने स्प्रे पाइप नही फ्लस बटन काम नही करती पूराने भंगार कोच यह सब पब्लिक देखती सूरत कोटा नही है पूणे से सूरत यात्रा सूरत कोटा नही टिकट सुरू से अंत तक यह यात्रीगण के साथ लूटपाट है

Toilet taps are not in proper working condition which resulted overflow or lack of water in toilets . Toilets not clean. No liquid soap in soap dispatchers . cleanliness was not upto mark . No pantry in train .
