I had traveled pune to Ahmadabad and return on 6th and 9th June respectively. even after booking 7 and 10 days before the traveling date gave same berth number 71 which nr.to WC.
1. what is the system of allocation for a ticket.
2. how I get both the time 71 under RAC and how another person came on same number that is illogical.
3. simply cheating the passenger under the name of online booking and allocation of seat is manual.
4. why can't they pay back if can't provide birth.
5. request you to find the mind behind this practice.
6. no cleanliness non hygienic and one philosophy people.
7. extortion of money under RAC scheme.
hope some days will come when such a glitches won't be faced again.
