Worst service no water in washroom, even we have booked the tickets in premium tatkal they takeour hard earned money and enjoy. We give them money also and we suffered also. Return our money back

wash basin of both sides clogged all the time, not cleared after showing attendant, no handwash was avilable, AC good,Seat width not comfortable like general train hence cannot seat comfortable

somebody was stole my cheppal when i was sleeping at night, it was new chappal which i bought for the first time by my own money but somone took it away. That someone is not the other passengers but may be the workers

Train quality is 0 because housekeeping staff not interested in cleaning the pathways between side berths and lower berths. Washrooms sinking and not clean. Wet floors in washrooms. No tissues available. Poor conditions of compartments and dustbin bags also not hanged in between coaches. Technician not available for AC to be kept low. Pantry not available in train. Food from outside is worst.

3rd class service by this confirmtkt application....not satisfied....falls assurity by showing percentage wise ticket confirmation ...... taken over extra amount for by showing confirmation chances.......never recommend anyone for this application for ticket booking..........very bad service ...... charging extra amount for confirm ticket booking but not providing.....

it's getting everytime issues, people with general ticket boarding in reservation compartment, and sitting in the berth's and disturbing the other passengers, it's getting worse every passing time , seems like central government don't even think giving a dam security to its passenger, it's just think of making money , really worst experience

Every thing is worst in this train.
Most important the TTE harresment to people's.
I catch train from Renigunta & till Wadi Jn station 12 TTE coming & disturbing for ticket.
One time shown & heyTab also have they can see already this seat checked early 9-10 hrs before than they TTE foolish type of behavior doing.
I want to complaint about this illiterate TTE's.

ac was not working properly when complaint he told people have told to keep it low when I asked people they said no one has given the complaint. train was late yet in a1 coach the coach was shaking badly why we have given more money as it was same like 3ac should need to improve the shaking no handwash in the toilet nor near the wash basin. toilet was full of water on the floor.no tissues were kept. it's waste of money choosing a1 coach

Toilet very bad condition, so many people are sleeping in passage, security guard not available in the waiting room, no food stall in raichur Station since more than one month, waiting room toilet anyone coming use, Station master said no food stall I am helpless

why you know there is no mobile charging point at side lover and upper level

Bogi was durty and too many passengers are sitting on waiting list if bogi was full why IRCTC giving tickets not doing properly mangement since many years no changes only focusing on profits not giving the best service to us
