Train Journey Feedback / Complaint
Issue: Broken / Missing Middle Seat Hook & Loose Seat
Description:
There is no hook to hang the middle seat. We pay full fare for our tickets, our money doesn't come for free—why isn't the train checked properly every day? When the TC came, he just loosely hung it underneath and left. As soon as I sat down, the seat started shaking and feeling completely unsafe.
