train got almost 4 hrs dilay and , the food in this train totally worst because while I eating there was a hair in the food and the cost of the food is totally High 130 for one quantity

Train not on time, Third class punctuality of the train, food quality was ok. overall I will give rating 3/10 to this train. Bathroom was so dirty not even water was in one toilet.
so sad for now.

1) The train was late by 3hrs is that good ?
2) the food served in the train is entirely worthless for that money they are feeding like pigs. Whatever they provide we should eat that if we are taking consideration of quality , quantity and taste of the food products they provided in the train it's 2 out of 10 that much waste
3) there are no good hygiene toilets no cup no proper water nothing was there
for the 800 ₹they done only for 200

The most important is cleanliness of Toilets which was below averages, second thing is the food quality - only biriani were provided very very very poor tasteless & quality of raw rice in veg and egg biriani.. we have thrown out after eating single spoon... remaining services were ok but not at that much good... we have noticed that the water and cold drink suppliers never returned back the balance of Rupees Five if we purchase one bottle of either water, juices or soft drinks.

No light in the toilet of 3 AC coach-B4.
AC was very poor.
No water from Kannur to Mangalore.
Hand was was also not in the bottle

1.Bogie stopped far ahead of indicated position. Had to run with luggage.
2. Software be modified to adjust Sr citizens on lower berth

Blanket is stinging, pillow cover not so clean n getting used one. Being bio toilet ...stings more, it has to b cleaned at every junction, or somebody should b there to take care. Flush not working properly.

Train late by more than two hrs.Toilets not working properly. Water not reaching the closet as clogged GI pipes in use without repair. Doors not closing
Even the mobile charging plug is workout.No pantry in the train .trains stopping for 3 MTS and all in lunch stations. No good breakfasts at Panvel like stations in the 7the platform. Hardly any one came to clean up.Not even any arrangement for dumping waste.Quite a premitive train.

the coach S9 of pune ernakulam express is in such a deteriorated condition that in some places from top of birth number 30 rainwater was oozing from an overhead screw. Not only that the seats lower part also is in falling condition. many inside board panels don't have screws and ready to fall anytime. it's very shame on indian railways that they charge a huge amount from passengers every year with a hike and not providing the proper facility. it's not the first time that we are facing such problems, earlier also in our coach the door of the toilet was fully out of the frame and one could not use it and other toilet in front was in dark with no light. why the railways don't check into such small small things neglecting the passengers facility. Will there be an end to this.... or will there be only hiMr in the fare.....lets hope that our Modi government will look into common man's problem in the train....thats all
