“The train scheduled on 21st May from Pune was delayed by more than 2 hours, which is highly unacceptable. Such delays cause significant inconvenience to passengers. There needs to be clear accountability and better operational management to prevent such occurrences in the future.”

delayed by 5 hrs . that to at night . and the bedsheets were smelling citrus like they were soggy and were having so many stains . not good experience

very neat, clean and tidy train. it reached my destination 6 min ahead of schedule. I strongly recommend this train for passangers traveling to Nagpur and adjoining stations from Pune

I would like to inform you that whoever is accessing this review portal please Transfer this msg to the person who can keep booked tickets 🎟 confirm because sometime it booked get canceled automatically due to changing coach without thinking about anyone. please don't do this kind changes.okay I can agree if there problem with coach.

B5 Ac coach air conditioner not at all good..Cooling is not at all effective.For dynamic pricing they should increase train air condition standard.

indian railways not reliable, they cancelled the train without giving sufficient time to find alternatives like travels or any other possible route like going to Bombay from Pune & then book train from Bombay to Nagpur.

Such a large capacity train without a pantry is simply unacceptable. Especially when stops are of 2 minutes only.
