Train is never Clean. punctuality is good. Always terminates at Thane station. Railway do not give any reason for termination at Thane

रात को कैंटीन का खाना लिया उसके साथ पानी नहीं दिया अलग से कोई बेचने वाले नही आए खाना ठंडा हो गया मैने फेंक दिया अंडे की थाली 170 में दिया 3rd क्लास का खाना ।
ट्वीटर पर हमने 4 कंप्लेट किया लेकिन कोई मदद नहीं
9.30 pm को एक सेल्स बॉय ने बताया ट्रेन में पानी खत्म हो गया है यह हालत है

The A2 (AC 2-tier) coach was not good, the windows were pale yellow and dirty. cockroaches and insects were roaming in the coach...and jerks were very frequent while train moves.

ट्रेन बहुत ही अच्छी है लेकिन खाने की क्वालिटी ठीक नहीं है, 9 की रात में खाने की सब्जी में बाल निकला, दुबारा बदलकर खाना आया उसमें भी बाल निकला, जिस कारण पत्नी ने खाना नही खाया, खाने की गुणवत्ता व स्वच्छता पर ध्यान देने की जरूरत है

since it runs once a week, the railway staff are not taking care that much....it's handled by Mumbai division railway but cleaning has not been maintained properly so there were no curtains for the H1 coach cabin door compartment of all cabins/coupe

I saw some cockroaches in the coach.. toilets were also dirty.. railway should be more careful about cleanliness

my seat was side uper the problem is there is no electrical socket which is made me upset apart from that all is fine.
