Such a delay of 2 hours for super fast special train. People are paying for comfort and in time journey. Kindly refund me my tickets fare.

Cleanliness is of worst category, wc, laterine was cleaned by staff but passangers have dirty habits, not aware of cleaniless!

Bed rolls were very dirty ant nt comlete. Train ateadent was absent for total journey period.

bakwas train there was no attendant no blankets no pillow and TC said 1 attendant for 4 coach what is this and again when I went to charge my mobile then it was not working...... why one old lady charge her mobile on shop on Daund station.... please improve properly. required one attendant for one coach other wise the train was very clean and good

The coach A-4 had been replaced by coach B-10 and upper bearth had been allotted to Sr citizen of 69 years .It was very difficult for me and other old person to climb over.Humble request to allocate if not lower at least middle bearth hereafter.

There is no water in the latrines of B1,B2,B3 coach of the 22118 AC Train. Coach Conductor was not available in the morning at Daund Rly station to solve the problem where. the train halted more than 30 minutes.
