not on time and was 1 hour late for reaching ratnagiri. I don't understand how can the other traveller occupy my berth before in could the train. no kind of request. civic sense lacking. railways must take care while booking the tickets

platform No 1 khali tha nahi lagaya 5 pe platform No 5 pe lagaya pahale bataya nahi chlo bhago public Bhagav phir
.00.35 p.m train 5 pe aayi door all closed
public jama ho rahi no door open thi ..00.45 .announcement hui on duty door attendances train 21115 attend karo phir door open on 00.50.p.m phir public caught in Hury then train start at 01.00.a.m late on jagah LTT..and reach kudal 9.00.a.m croosing Netrawati express at ooros 8.30.a.m faltu timepaas 30 minutes third class running

overall exp was good.
could have been better if dint have dogs barking all night in the cube next to our cabin.
i felt it would have been better to book 2ac instead of 1st Ac

Pantry Car not required as train leaves at mid night and arrives destination by 11.00 to 11.30. Instead on board can be provided. Extra coach may be added.
