pathetic pathetic no hygiene at all,train coach is full of coachroaches and bugs,there is not only one but 20-30 bugs in a single seat, pathetic experience,shame on the railway department,ruined my whole night,you are looting people by taking money and giving them worst experience of their life.

It is great experience, but one thing is very paining that I got message that train will reach on plateform number 01 at jammu but it reached on plateform 03 at the last stage and crucial time.I think so many may have missed the train because of wrong message conveyed to them of train arrival at jammu tawi.
