worst experience on the whole....train nearly 2 hrs late.....toilets were a mess no cleanliness.....no words to express the experience....

B1, B2, BE coach toilets are not in good condition. Maintenance was not carried properly

In B 10 coach, both side toilets were not cleaned for the whole day, very bad housekeeping
