I had a very disappointing experience with this train journey. The train was delayed by 6.5 hours, causing major inconvenience and disruption to my plans. There was no timely or clear communication regarding the delay, and basic passenger needs were not addressed properly. Such a long delay is unacceptable and reflects poor service management. I hope strict action is taken to improve punctuality and passenger communication in the future.
