Very Third Class Experience. Train Coach is very poor cleanliness and train staff is also very unhygienic. My 3rd Ac compartment blanket is not Clean they were smelling. Please say to staff cleaning services best.

I was in a train from mathura to ujain.
washroom was very very dirty and it was full of running water and there was no water to wash hands.. I went to another washroom at 4 coach.. all were dirty. Incase of emergency where will female go? There must be a staff in a gap of atleast 2 coach to clean.

they provide poorer food.as it was made 2 or 3days before.and tea was provided as it was hot water.and charged extra 5 or 10rupees per pieces as printed on it
