Very old coach. Water was leaking from the roof of the Western Toilet near A Coupe. A Neer water bottle of one litre was charged ₹20 in the coach. Please provide a Pantry Car in this Train

Boarded in coach S8 of 20957 INDB NDLS SUP. There is no RPF in this coach, people with waiting or genaral tickets are roaming in coach freely and shouting, smoking entering from general class connected next to it because of them we can't comfortably sit on our own booked seats.
Kindly look into this , I don't want to reveal my Identy so keep myself anonymous.
