very very bad experience. I want to cancel my tickets but not allowing to do it. I will never suggest this to anyone

Toilets were in very bad condition, not cleaned at any stations. Even there was no cleaning inside the boggies. There was smoke in A1 AC coach and created big Hassel. unable to breathe and train was stuck in tunnel near karjat. we left the train in the tunnel and ran out of tunnel for fresh air.
