why do we call it superfast express? takes 6.5+ hours to reach Pune. Train of this cost should take us maximum in 5.5 hrs. other superfast trains do that

सेकंड सिटिंग का डिब्बा अच्छा नहीं था इसमें जनरल पैसेंजर भी बैठ जाते हैं जो रिजर्वेशन वाले को परेशान करते हैं और पुलिस वाले और टीटी भी नहीं आते हैं

toilet was not clean n water also not supply properly at bathroom n toilet n water bottle also give high rates their mention rates 15 rs per bottle but he selling at 20 rs

Train journey is very nice, but we seated at Vikarabad and at Vikarabad Railway station yesturday coach position is displayed opposite that of the actual running train, we caused greate inconvenience to pick up the train. just for information and pls do needful the same sir.

My journey started from Lingampally. I have to go to Panvel. So I boarded the indor humsafar train . It was a very
dirty train. Toilets were also dirty. We also complained to TC But no attention. Hyderabad Rail Department should pay attention to this.

i booked seats through confirm ticket but inspite of availability three seats are allocated in three different coaches it happened first time its very uncomfortable throughout the journey 😭😞

Toilet was pathetic.....No water supply. ..... Indian Railways have achieved the punctuality but Toilet conditions remain as it is......No cleaning of toilet facility at Major Station like Pune......yatri gan krupaya dhyan de.....is train main badbu ki vajhase aapka dam khut sakta hain.......No other choice or give more money and airborne to your destination.

tea is very bad..like hot Sweet Water.
my Seat is 41-46 Morning tea Bala come .I ordered 1tea but very bad .I request to tea vendor..but his behaviour is very much bad.and hole ask if you not like throw it..I really very disappointed for this Manner.

i have booked ticket from brc to rtm in 20915 train on 4/4/2022, and from rtm to cor booked train ticket in 19329 , due to 20915 train late i can not catch 19329 train. Due to late train my all scheduled cancelled.
