attendant, and housekeeping is not satisfactory 20hours journey they not cleaned and collected garbage not water in basin and toiletsalso tried to contact on mobile but no response.

AC coaches were dirty, filthy and poorly maintained . It was like general compartment crowded with unauthorised travellers occupying reserved seats. Require strict vigil by railway authorities.

Train is ugly, and bad smell come from toilet, train is departure, arrival 2 hours delayed.

very dirty train. the toilets were smelly and the person incharge did not provide us new linen when we arrived at our seat. infact he was arguing with my mom that he is not going to give us anything. very rude staff

no bed linen was provided for new passengers. we boarded the train in between there was a passanger who got down but new linen was not provided.

The train was very very dirty no,the washrooms were overflowing no cleanliness no dustbin provided in B4 COACH the bedsheets were not ironed..very bad experience

not clean and tidy the coach and lavatory.
very inferior quality food.

Cleaning of washrooms was not done properly. Full night no AC and no attendant was available in A1 to contact and address the issue. While getting down near the door bunch of used blankets was kept blocking the door which was moved by we passengers before getting down at Panvel.

train was deleyed but there wash cleaning staff is best they hv cleaned the coach and may the train
there should litil bit time adjustments train start from panvel around 11.45am
and reached to Ratnagiri around 5.20 it has to reached around 3.50
request need to adjust the time

need more cleaning in the toilet and keep some anti bacterial soap inside the bathroom.. other all ok.
