food is not up to standard , in veg thali aloo and paneer is fixed in all trains. aloo and panner is not good for health. please change it , add more vegetables. it is not just earn money also to see beyond that.

The train quality was very bad

Train staff was charging extra money of the mrp product. So all though experience is good.
I bought Dairy Day's Butterscotch flavoured frozen dessert cone Which they officially sold it for 40/- but Train Staff is giving it In 50/- so please take action.

No safety about our belongings. My neighbour cubile side lower seat one girls's handbag was picked up by some stranger and got down at Karmali station. If this is the condition then what is the use of booking in 2nd AC. Sleeper class is better as such activities are common in sleeper class. No even a single RPF. Very much unsafe. How can any random person get in and take a round inside and pick up any one's bag.

very dirty inside the train and also bath rooms very condition. no mud or tap closed. dustbin filled not removing properly.

The condition inside the coach and also washroom is very bad, there is a very bad smell, even no any staff came to clean it.

There should be some mechanism with which we should come to know the running status of train and next station. Advise a digital display board at gate like metro train informing passengers about next station.
