so many general passengers are boarded in reserved quota then what's the difference between reservation and general. Even they are arguing for everything I cant even sleep properly it's a kind of tragedic journey where I lost money and seat I came sitting roughly. How can a TC also not checking frequently in S3 sleeper section. A woman took my seat told to go upper one she said that was hers but after 2 stops another guy came and told its mine. she got a good sleep where I didn't get even this my money is wasted properly. food was ok ok I cant deny any faults but improve in quantity and quality

i booked side lower but they give side upper totally disappointed
and the train delay for 2:45 hours for past 2 weeks normally the train departure is 7 45 am and its departed in 10:15 am but in the app they didn't update the timing to 10.15am poor maintenance

So, despite the train being good, there were still issues with people who hadn’t reserved their seats occupying the reserved compartments. There were also some youngsters, speaking Hindi, playing games and making noise, and there was no one to stop them. Additionally, the condition of the toilets was really bad, extremely bad.

The train needs to be on time
The washroom fixtures needs to be rectified. Stagnation of water be cleared. The taps and the sprayer has to be replaced. The curtains, the pillow covers, blankets, the soiled bed spreads are giving awful smell.They should be attended
Otherwise. the train is awesome
It is well equipped and the coaches are clean.
