While boarding train Vande Bharat Express from PF No.10 at Secunderabad , suddenly attempted my wife to fell down due to surface of steps not good , all Plat forms need to check & repair steps & PF Surfaces at an earliest to prevent passengers from felling down & to avoid accidents, attached herewith photos

dal should be tasty.
Train running between two telugu states andhra pradesh and telengana.
You should arrange mini meals like
sambar rice one bowl
curd rice one bowl/curd
veg/flavoures rice

Chairs are uncomfortable to sit during the long journey hours, it is not getting stretched when trying to stretch it during the sleep very discomfort I felt along with my frnds

Ac not continuously running. even In food only they served few remaining if we ask then they serve to us otherwise they just left. even on maggie the staff room 15 rs extra

we experienced ah very bad situation today as we r heading to write the exam so we booked the vandhebharat train but it got delayed nd rescheduled so we faced lot of bad things as we changed the mode of transport and this is to be taken seriously wr have failed the tdr so we want the full refund as it got delayed more than 5 hrs

I AM ORDERED THE FOOD THROUGH SVS RESTAURANT AT VIJAYAWADA, AND THE CONCERNED HOTEL MANAGEMENT DO NOT SEND THE FOOD TO ME, SO THAT I HAVE TO LAUNGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE CONCERNED AUTHORITY

Train reached about 1 hour 10 minutes late to my destination Vijayawada. Worst part of the travel is the path inside the train just before the gate to get down is filled with Big boxes of Neer Rail Water causing obstruction for the passengers to get down in a very short time at the destination station & I went to toilet to urinate & the comod is smeared with faeces. I travelled in Executive Class E1 on 11 - 12 - 2023 from Hyderabad to Vijayawada - Vandhe Bharath Express.

Cleaning is pathetic,Service on ask is good and trash is not getting removed and holding as it is which is leading to inconvenience to the co passengers
This train purpose is going to be vanished in this way.
please dont treat this like regular trains.

good service but train seat windows not clear completely there dust and train tickets also not good for poor people and middle class peoples ticket costly very high

So good, but maintenance of toilets is not good at all, The smell of the toilets is very bad and comes up to the last 5 rows After eating food, you have to go to the toilet room to wash your hands and clean, the smell of that toilet room is bad.
