looting passengers by not giving water bottles,coffee and tea..making business inside,for water bottle 30rps,for coffee 20rps,for tea 20rps,cool drinks(soft beverages) 45 to 55 rps..food quality also changed..the worst part is no hygiene in bathrooms,not cleaning regularly.

in our coachc2, 28&29 seats are good 👍.
But whereas in78,79 those who sat in some movements small water drops are fallen on our heads.That means leakage are there.
Next seating 💺 arrangements in the coaches are not planned properly I think so.
Next is 50% of the seats are facing towards Engine side.Rest facing LV ( back side of the coaches / train.This was brought it into the notice of the commercial Head who ia attending public greaviances in the coaches..Cafeteria in each coach services are excellent like flight services.

tissue paper was not there in toilet.used water bottles not taken from the seat .new passengers enter I could find old passengers left over still there.outside train is dirty.new train already looking old.seays in cc not much different with other trains.

The quality of the breakfast lunch and dinner are very very disappointing and below standard. Considering the high cost involved for each ticket the food provided is pathetic to say the least. High time the quality of the food is improved atleast now.

The seat push back C4 seat no 55 defective..
The seats quality is poor..
As safety concerned 3 +2 seats are very narrow on passage movement. recommend 2+2
Train punctuality and speed was Excellent on time management on Indian standards..

Good in all aspects but seats of CC has been modified to 2+2 then.it is so happy to lead a journey of 9hours.

The chair car and executive class seats cushioning very worst and cheap quality one used,better memory foam seats are best and toilets and frp ceiling covers are falling down. Engine front frp dome has to be replaced it original one is broken seeming very ugly look.

Worst service ever the train has been delayed more than 12 hrs and railway department informed on the travel without any prior information, isn't a joke that people have commitments. Railway management improve the timings. I give 0 rating.

The passengers who de board the train they r left the waste neat seats itself. The staff is not cleaning that.

Need improvement for packaging, because chicken/paneer gravy getting stuck to that paper cover and some pieces of paper mixing with that food. Since the paper quality is cheap, It raises questions regarding the quality.
