I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the train delay of nearly 14 hours. This was a highly inconvenient and frustrating experience. There was no proper communication or timely updates, and passengers were left uncertain about the journey schedule.
Such a long delay caused major disruption to travel plans and significant discomfort. I request the authorities to improve punctuality, provide better updates during delays, and consider compensation for affected passengers.

The train experience was disappointing. The toilet was in a deplorable state, with cockroaches scurrying around the seat area, making it unbearable to use. The tea served was subpar, tasting more like lukewarm water than a refreshing beverage. To top it off, the train was delayed by over 6 hours, which significantly impacted our travel plans. Hopefully, the railway authorities will take notice and improve the facilities and punctuality.

worst food quality ever tasted...also the train was 12 hours late so got late for my office... if the train has to reschedule for six hours then why the train reservation charting was confirmed???

food quality is not good need to improve it paneer sabji was not cooked properly dal was just water with salt and yellow colour no taste like a dal rice improve the quality of food

Train delayed by 6:00 hrs , horrible experience. Railway should do something and fix accountable for such lapses. How any passenger can plan his work in this way. Total waste of time.

Train is not clean but still staff ask for tips. it's more than 6 hours delay. Food quality is not good.

pantry food price very high cost ,trian clean and bathroom quality is ok ok . only Indian style toilet.. no Western style toilet

I have journey lots of train..buy most qaste of money and most uncomfortable journey of this train..humsafar express ka coach change ho gya normal coach..most breakble prblm issue.uncomfortable bed..and totally railway scam of humsafar express..

The train is very late at boarding station and also arrives very late at destination station. it is not a punctuality.

With respect to ticket price the train is not as per the expectations, major factor is punctuality which is very well missing and thus disturbed the schedule of whole journey

it's premium train but no preference is given. other train even if late allows to cover but this is nowhere preferred. its complete wastage of money.
