Quality of food is not commensurate to the premium train standard. No food is provided at Kanpur central. The staff is arrogant and argumentative. No resolution after complaining on Rail Madad.

not at alll satisfying with both Veg & Non veg dishes in comparison with the amount paid. needs more improvement. food not sufficient. chicken quality of preparation is very very poor standard. NOT WORTHY for Money.

bbs rajdhani quality is odnary sleeper class quality and his toilet quality like a gernal compatment like and food quality is poor

Train coach H1 was unlike a Rajdhani... poorly maintained and very old vintage coach. Food was pathetic and the waiter was wearing a tag written No Tips Please but after serving dinner he started asking for tip by offering us some mouth freshner in a plate with some money kept in it. Horrible behaviour.
