food quality is extremely low for paneer,sabji. The toilets are not attended when required. punctuality is nothing to comment almost always late even being Rajdhani charges with superfast charges.cleanliness of coach is extremely good. AC was made too cold and the trembling cold felt in spite of the use of the blanket. so feel uncomfortable. Alternative food for regular veg Paneer and non veg Chicken and breakfast omelette should be explored. tea hot water served openly in cup duly poured placing cups on trays becomes quit cold on delivery.

It's late beyond my tolerance. The Indian railway needs to work on the timing of trains all over India.

train was delay by 2.40 hrs no food arrangement no wating Room facilities was available

train was actually late form it's scheduled time of arrival time in Delhi which was 09:55 .... I missed my important meeting due to delay of this train which was not supposed to be late.
as per Tejas daelay refund policy....if train lates for 3 or more than 3 hours.... Railway or concern authority will refund the charges of ticket.
so kindly refund my train ticket fare as per rule .
2nd thing -- food was not provided by attendent....even not a cup of tea.

I think the taste of food was the badtest till now, I have gone to many train but the most worst food taste this time I have got I can never forget.... punctuation is really bad because in the online running status it is to showing different time and coming at different time

Food quality was previously good, the food when the train is in Odisha is good but after it enters UP, they give tasteless dinner

running very late, side seat in AC 2, coach A1 are smaller in size than standard AC2 size.

Quality of chicken not good. Both the time same menu.
If menu will change then quality is good.
