i got RAC ticket and I had to share with another person the entire journey. wtf railway system of India. if there r no tickets available then just say no and we can book something else. but instead u keep us waiting till last minute of the train arrival and give us shared ticket. wer will we sleep? Indian system has no brain or sense . they think people can adjust in one seat. wtf. we paid to get a seperate seat and not shared one. if there r no tickets then don't keep in WL or RAC stupids. it was a horrible experience overall

These food and drinks seller's not giving proper change, for 60/- Pepsi I gave 100/- but he said I don't have change wait I'll give but for one hour he didn't come so I went to Pantry car and asked the person I purchased he's telling I'm not... And Bathrooms are soo dirty

I have booked four tickets as RLWL but finally become WL tickets. at least two ticket will confirm out of four. in this regards my family suffers a lot of problems

very worst train. what to do. no option. no water to wash hands, face or at least back if you go for bathroom. these people never change.

The train was really dirty not at all clean and I observed this for the second time for the same train. It is a superfast express so we pay more for it but what we get in return is pathetic.

I have travelled a couple of days back and experienced a bad situation. One is there is no cleaning at all and the second one is some boys in blue uniform have created a lot of problem to the co-passengers with their misbehavior and shouting which caused lot of disturbance and having heavily rough behaviour. When I asked them who they are, and said that AC coach attendants. Please correct them.

Coach attenderes are useless they don't know what temperature to be maintained. We have to request every time. They all moob at one place and gossiping. The people have to find them out for bed rools

Train verymuch delayed. Did not stop in the display spaces. Therefore passengers are helterskelter till last moment. Created lot of mess.
