No water in bathrooms. Food Quality below par. Pantry people charging excessively. I had to pay 30 rupees for one cup of coffee.

Toilets are very old and cleanliness is poor. Linen also old one with torn condition.

train outer looks good but coming to inside the train washrooms are so dirty, windows are not good and unable to close the windows properly

in reservation compartment S10 rats are roaming all over the compartment no maintenance dirty waste of money

no maintenance, simply running train, no TC checking in tickets, please look properly.
