Family travel is very difficult 3 seats are allocated in s1 (adult) 1 seat allocated S6 (child age of 7)
The seats allocation is very poor every family paid the charges but was not happy to travel in the train pls provide the family coaches

there were many insects on my seat and in the train and there was no water in the washroom and 2 out of 4 washrooms were under maintenance and the remaining 2 were very dirty and had no water in taps and all. Kindly review this issue

Didn't try food. The electric sockets are so loose that they can't hold any charger in it.
the 1st and 2nd AC coaches are so much at the rear that there is no shop nearby on any station. Also there's immense difficulty when it's raining and this is despite paying so much cost for the tickets. The sleeper classes are better off for this.

You get food without any cost in one go but the price is also very high, the price of veg thali is 80 but these people take 150

Its very difficult to get reservation in Tatkal also. App shows seats available & while we go to book seats its shows NOT AVAILABLE.

WORST TRAIN... IN AC THEY WERE NO BLANKETS, NO PILLOW PROPERLY... WASTE OF MONEY IN THIS TRAIN... VERY MUCH ANGRY ON INDIAN RAILWAY FOR THIS KIND OF SITUATION... I SUGGEST PEOPLE DNT GO IN THIS TRAIN... THE BEHAVIOUR OF BOYS STAFF IS NOT GOOD.... VERY VERY MICH WORST TRAIN... PLZ GIVE GOOD SERVICE TO PEOPLE IF U R TAKING THE FULL MONEY
