Train quality is very good, punctuality is little bit failed i.e., timely running in Nellore 30 mins late why please running the Train is timely. Food quality is better almost very good

we are paying almost 300 for food, but the quantity was very less.. and the soup before the dinner was not provided, which we used to get earlier.. and the train was running late, we were not on time almost at every station..

it's not so hygienic as we are seeing in advertisements finding dirty and for chairs screws are coming out, food quality is soso, most of the attenders behaviour is not good, they are making groups and shouting bigger which is most inconvenient to passengers, they are also rude with passengers and resting in seats.

we had a bitter experience but for the speed the journey was the worst experience in respe t of toilets ac water spilling part availability especially in hot summer and food is below expected and normal and no relation woth charges collected and may soon be loosing the very purpose of introducing the service by our PM.

no ac smell EC was worst experience yesterday, even after requesting many times they turn on ac for few min and again same . food also not good half cooked rice . hard chapathi can't eat anything. not hot

Please change the design of the coach. It's not up to the mark. Seats are congested, foam covers are peeling off. Especially First and last row corner seats in the coach are like Hell!

Unpleasant Experience in Vande Bharat (TPTY to SC) - 02/06/2024.
I am writing to inform you about my unpleasant experience while traveling from Tirupati to Secunderabad on the Vande Bharat Express. The tray table on my assigned seat (C10 49) was completely broken, making it impossible to eat. Additionally, the cleaning was inadequate. I spoke with the TC of the compartment, who assured me he would look into it but later nothing happened and the issue was resolved. Please take a serious action against the people who is responsible for this and please let me know what action you took on those people. waiting for your response.

in the Executive coach it is required to supply blankets to the passengers. because a lot of cold is inside.
there is much difference in fare between cc and ec in ticket cost.
hence facilities must be like that

please serve curries which are more solid form otherwise spill across seats and dresses when we open the aluminium foil which is overflowing and could cause additional maintenance if cleaning on the floor and damage the train in long run.

quality of seats and seating position not satisfying compared to seats in Volvo buses. AC is too much chilly. 3E and 3AC coaches in regular express trains far better in providing comfort . Ticket pricing too high for such poor comfort excepting quick reaching to destination. coach maintenance and behavior of in house staff very good.

samosa naram not crispy . cafe tea not available for sugar patients. dinner quality not at par with the standard of train. continental etc to be included like rajdhani trains . quantity for rice is less
