need more accuracy in maintaining timely reach or better get sooner to the destination. Food is totally not good enough, needs to be changed

The training seating facility is ok , but cleaning needs to be maintained. The coach temperature is very freezing and needs to be maintained at room temperature because the kids are uncomfortable with temperature . There are no blankets available. Food quality worst.

Food quality is not upto the mark. Initially the food was good. no they are not giving quality food ..... skipping many items in the lunch and inners.... Like Sweet, Icecream, ...etc

The one who is tired more due to travelling and is hoping a well and good comfort for rest or sleep in this train then it's not possible in this train because we can't get proper comfort for rest that's it.

Toilet were stinking and coaches were smelling. I have been using Vandebhart offlate regularly and the quality is getting worse every time I travel. Toilet maintenance needs immediate attention

they had not given tea / coffee in Vandebharat for our trip from Secunderabad to Guntur. suggest to keep up the decency and serve while giving these facilities to the other co-pasengers

Needs improvement. seating back rest is not that comfortable. moving space is very less. should have been 2+2 seating. washroom cleaning to be done on hourly basis

train delay for 6 hours. no one responded about it. we asked if train doesn't ready on the day what's the plan B for that. they are saying we don't have plan B. if you want to go then go by bus or other trains we can't provide any other facilities. too bad responses from management. no one responding about compensation for train delay.so many people are suffered. actual time 6:15 am train came on 12:15pm. I don't want to book next time.

No food is provided though we have paid for food charges while purchasing ticket. Only one water bottle have given. It is a kind of cheating/looting the passengers. This is a worst experience. Why Railways collecting charges from passengers travelling between GNT to NLR if they have a fixed schedule to provide lunch after NLR departure. Many people (like old people, children etc ) have suffered. This is something that has to be resolved on priority.

it was an excellent journey to me.i travelled in vande Bharat for first and it is very beautiful and memorable journey to me ..the food which was brought by IRCTC is ultime.the quality and taste of food is amazing .
