booking with confirm ticket app is worst experience as the Ticket is RAC which means i can travel but its not a proper seat so the travel guarantee amount should be refunded but instead it's been considered RAC as a confirmed ticket and no refund has been initiated. Im talking about the travel guarantee amount alone not the 3X REFUND
