booked tickets in 2AC ( A2 compartment). coach didn't seem to be proper 2A coach instead some random old 3A Coach was modified & upgraded to 2A coach. Coach entrance from seat 1 side was leaking in rain at KLBG. Some eunuchs entered in unauthorised manner after Vasai Road & demanded money in exchange blessings/curse. Train was punctual till Kalyan & thereafter delayed b/w Pune - KLBG section though the traffic is not as severe as b/w ST-VSR. Pantry staff were really helpful.

please improve food quality...used cooking oil longer time in pantry. it's health effect on travelling passengers. please aviod... this type cooking.

toilet rooms are dirty. cleanliness is missing. wash basins in very bad shape. plastic taps are not smooth. hard to operate. Toilet rolls missing.

unable to travel as connecting train The 07326 KIR UBL SPECIAL train departs from Srikakulam Road (CHE) to Ballari is 5 hours 42 min late and missed this train unable to cancel and unable to file TDR .... IRCTC loote is going on this summer all spl trains are running too late now accountability 😞

You had a lot of trouble in getting water in the train. After completing it once, give me water again and then go to wash your face and see that I have not got water. You have a lot of trouble
