NO CUSHIONING EFFECT ON SEATS. JUST COMPARE WITH LONG DISTANCE BUSES PLYING BETWEEN ANY CITIES. TICKET FARE IS VERY HIGH, COMPARED TO COMFORT. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.

Food quality is below average. Price is very high for that quality. Unsatisfactory. Prices of Breakfast / lunch are not displayed. Whatever IRCTC staff says that's the price. Most of the canteen staff are Hindi speaking guys. They don't understand English, leave alone Tamil.
We were charged
Breakfast ₹ 120/-
Lunch ₹ 220/-
which are very high.
Hot water with tea ingredients is very worst.
Can IRCTC not serve good, hot tea??

there was no handwash soap and the toilet was not clean. reported the same to the TTE but he was helpless

rest room smell entire cabin offected,delayed reach my tambaram station, am requesting hot water not serve by them ,paid 20 ruppes for them,instead of water they provide coffee ,worst experience

there was a kannada family in front of us they were making too much noise. that was the only concern from all the rest of the passengers. Please make a rule that they should keep their mouth shut.

we request IR to run the Vande Bharat at 130~140 kmph speed to reach TEN-MS, MS~TEN within 6 hrs.
other, we like Vande Bharat & it helped us an urgent travel.

food that are supplied by irctc is not sufficient. mini meals is enough for all.
we need only sambar rice, lemon rice, tamarind rice, curd rice with chapathi and one small amount of poriyal. kindly arange like the above said. Thanks..

tissue papers are to be served along with food! Between break fast and lunch a cool drink may be given to the passengers who booked food!
