everything was good,except the AC service,if the passenger is feeling cold then in that case there is no option to reduce the temperature of ac.

Highly disappointed with the Hygiene of the AC 1 Coach its indeed sad and surprising to see that even cockroaches are also travelling with us.. Urinals not cleaned,waterlogging in the washrooms , muck allover not seen any cleaning staff..very poor hygiene and sanitation
