Though the train was running at good speed and was before time till kundgol we experienced a lot of perks while shifting of gears either while increase in speed or while slowing this has spoiled our sleep .Please look into the issue

Issue Faced:
I was traveling in coach B4. There was no water available in the coach. In the bathroom, water was mixed with handwash liquid, which was very unhygienic. Additionally, the coach was old and not maintained properly.
Request:
Kindly take necessary action to improve the facilities and ensure better maintenance for passengers’ comfort and safety.

Please ensure that you don't stand outside the train and try to board the train once it starts because yesterday he started the train too fast from KSR several passengers missed the train.

when I was provided with SU berth...it was so dirty and why not train seats are being cleaned when the train is leaving for destination from source??

bad coach with bad suspension, and worst thing there is some kind of wired smell coming in every 10min I think it's connected with the AC oil or gas leakage. also huballi it waits so long no use.. please check the toilet so pathetic not at all clean.

Left SBC KSR by 5 mins superfast journey train seems to be in good condition. clean seat and windows. sink gets blocked as usual passengers put all kinds of things there. overall 4/5
BGM arrived on time.

Maintenance is not good for hand wash and bathroom. in terms of Punctuality before Belagavi it was punctual but not afterward. Food quality can be improved.

AC (in the AC 2 tier coach A1) was too much in the train. It was told 2-3 times to the attendant and also to the T.C. to make it little less. But was not lessened.

Bed rolls not properly washed we suprise to see dirty and hair on pillows. I think used pillow covers provided to us , we complaint to coach attendent
and TT replaced after lot arguments, as TT says he is helpless since all services are on contact basis. It is duty of concerned officers to look into and to provide properly washed to avoid health issue

the s5 coach was very old and wasn't clean aad other coaches there were lot of bugs and cockroaches although after complaining a guy came and sprayed hit but the overall cleanliness was worse

due to bad smell not felt comfortable .... make some anouncement for next station and reaching time inside of the train. it will help to passenger in night time..

There was no such attendent and clenliness in a1 coach. I there was no water suplly in washroom. Even attendent was not prrsent there
