Train maintenance is crucial, and addressing the spilled tea on the floor. promptly is necessary. The few drops on the floor pose a challenge for removal, emphasizing the need for urgent care to maintain a clean and functional environment.

Trained delayed and there was no information regarding the same. Reached Sagara at 11.30pm which was unexpected. Most of us missed connecting buses which was at 10.15pm.

train platform mentioned was 4 but it was in platform number 1.we went to platform 4 and after that to platform 1, it was worst experience. we was with couple of bags and baby.
train running was very bad after tumkur.
amenities in train was very bad. no hand washing facilities out of toilets.
