we could see few "cockroahes" near to our Seat. The pest control services should be strictely implimented to avoid this defects.

Booked Tatkal CC ticket with window side option selected but it is not allotted.Why my option is not considered even we are paying Tatkal ticket higher price and Female passenger is travelling. It is very sad Window side tickt is not allotted.Pl. hereafter consider allott the chosen option.

My seat no was 78 jn C2 coach last seat near the dorrit was a terrible journey and full of toilet smell and AC was not working properly and sun shade was not that effective during sun

Food Quality is xcellent but they give near my dropping point Tiruppur v can finish fast ⏩ before dropping point maybe they can give little early

food loaded at Erode was very bad. only dried panir without gravy...poorly made lemon rice and no curd in curd rice....very very poor. not even worth for 50rs....they charge about 200+.

Poor quality. You get fried rice & cauliflower manjurian which does not have masala & not completely cooked. They can provide options for passengers to opt out for food, rather charging more for nothing. Passengers who wish have halal foods can avoid non veg.
