the food quality provided by vande bharat is poor and not at all tasty. The service is not even up to the mark to the ticket price of the vande bharat trains. Paying 2000 rupees for a ticket means good service must be provided and food too. That's lacking in vande bharat train to Bangalore. So kindly do the needful

while bookig food option was not enabled. Food was given after lot of request on payment. Paid. Rs.120 per head and received only pongal as breakfast, other items not given.

i lost money when booking vandebharat express after paying free cancellation charge I called booked ticket on tatkal I got refund of zero while canselling the ticket the app should show zero refund but no alert one of the worst app so I don't want to use this app

Lunch at Rs.244 is a loot. Quality too bad. we need pure south indian lunch.when asked they said same food is served all over india. then please serve puliyogere or pongal thru out india. let us choose our menu.
