food served was boiled rice with some sambar in it. Also served fish curry. Food was fresh, but u know in train it is difficult to have fish, it smells. Earlier in Vandebharath they used to serve chicken fried rice, with boneless chicken curry was good. Also the semya payasam served yesterday was also not good. Hope understand this and request to take further positive action.

train time changed but 10-20 minutes delay is there around calicut. Till thrissur its correct timing. Hige amount for ticket and the delay is not acceptable.

can be more customised water bottle. now wastage of water is too much... small bottle of water or suplly water as of urgency is best i think

initial punctuality is almost lost. steps to be taken for limiting luggages in coaches. a study of japanese shinkansen can be conducted and implemented.

I had a disappointing experience during my recent train journey. The train was delayed for several hours without proper announcements or updates. The coach was not clean, and the washrooms were poorly maintained, which made the trip uncomfortable.

we are very happy coz we are late to reachrd statipn and the train was starting to run but we requested them to stop the train... they stopped it and we travelled the same train. so really thanks to the person 🙏

food is good. suggest to avoid supply of liquid curry. better give paste like curry items. this can keep train clean. passengers can eat with out spilling.

The food storing area should be more clean. insist serving staff to wear clean uniforms. It's a secure and comfortable trip. we two enjoyed it.
