I had a disappointing experience during my recent train journey. The train was delayed for several hours without proper announcements or updates. The coach was not clean, and the washrooms were poorly maintained, which made the trip uncomfortable.

we are very happy coz we are late to reachrd statipn and the train was starting to run but we requested them to stop the train... they stopped it and we travelled the same train. so really thanks to the person 🙏

food is good. suggest to avoid supply of liquid curry. better give paste like curry items. this can keep train clean. passengers can eat with out spilling.

I loved travelling by EC in Vande Bharat. It was fun and I would definitely be travelling again by Vande Bharat.

TTR was under the influence of alcohol. His speech was slurred , and movements were unsteady too. Behaves unprofessional.

The food storing area should be more clean. insist serving staff to wear clean uniforms. It's a secure and comfortable trip. we two enjoyed it.
