Train was good and all services were exceptional. The food service was poor. I had to ask the Ttr for food since my stop was nearby. I asked the service guy but he didn't mind

it was my first time in Vande Bharat train , the comfort, the food, the people who served the food all together it was an excellent experience ☺️

seat material clearing takes time
Roti was unsalted, prefer a food bigger serving tray/or inbuilt tray- whichever is considerable will be helpful.
timing is good. Staffs are good and helpful, hardworking.

After collecting food remaining, it was seen stacked open with left over food near the bathroom corridor. Which was not hygienic and unpleasant.. with bad odour

Wish the door connecting to the seating area can have a better closure system, as it keeps opening every 2 minutes. Additionally, there need to be luggage racking system for heavier luggage.

rice is not boiled properly. can't eat freely.
in curd some things were found .. not good. instant cofee and milk powders are not satisfied. totally an udayipp. treatment. but the cost of food and others is fivestar. three times more than the royal items from outside the train.

We travelled from Kannur to Kollam. Train was late by 20 minutes.Our seats were in C 10 60 & 61.(window and middle) The tray was stuck. We were in a crammed position. Please note both of us are Senior citizens. We asked for a single black tea. They brought two horrible tea with milk. Really disappointed.👎

had a tough time with dead mobile batteries. this pemium train didn't have a single charging point or was hidden. also seats were too congested

The train unfortunately did not meet basic standards of comfort and cleanliness. The service was notably delayed at several stops, including mine, which caused significant inconvenience. Hygiene was a major issue; there were bugs under the seats, and the toilets were in a poor state, which made for an unpleasant experience. Additionally, the food quality was well below average, culminating in a distressing discovery of a cockroach in the food tray. Overall, this journey was disappointing and fell short of expectations.under im attaching a pic of bugs I found under my seat .(since the train was moving the pic is not clear ..)

The toilets were stinking. But that could be attributed to the civic sense of Indian passengers. We expect Vande Bharat to be on time every time. Dissappointed. Food quality can be improved.

Train quality with respect to bathroom is very bad as I got a ticket in C14 which is close to the cabin room.
it is worst in it's early days as well...it reached Shornur station well after the scheduled time and this trend continued as well.
I was made to purchase food from the pantry and a packet cost about 245...chapatti and rice followed by Ice-cream is very costly
At times the GPS was not working properly and I even pointed to the cre Members who tried to rectify by rebooting the system..then we were able to see the speed and not the next station

We would like to give feedback on one thing though, it would be ideal if the food is served using a serving cart like how they do in flights as it would be make things easier for the person serving food and also to add electrical port inside the train for charging mobile phones
