I didn't have food, but it looked good and smelled good. The staff were good and courteous.

Ticket portability system is useful. Any train from same source going to same destination Ticket may be adjusted on prior booking at the time of departure.

Dear Confirmtkt atleast update the proper platform number on your app. This app shown the train will arrive at Platform number 1, and i reached 30 mins before the departure and waited at Platform number 1. By the time when the train arrives the Announcement says that the Platform number is 3. I ran with my luggage to get the train the only halt is 2 min. in that time am completely mind out to find the platform and staircase. after i got the train am reseached that the particular train will arrive only at Platform number 3. Why are you confusing the passengers. How can we trust your app. 👎 for Confirmtkt App.

Food is ok. Nothing commendable.
No fork or spoon provided. Not even for desert.
Big rush infront of toilet just wash hand after food.
